Ladies and gentlemen, it was a job well done for CR3 last saturday despite the scorching hot sun in the afternoon during the component training, many fell out. But, I urge and hope u guys would persevere on by standing tall and proud on the parade square, I believe you guys have the X factor which the others don't, so it is very important that you guys hydrate yourself during lunch breaks and the hotwash after the component training so as to not dehydrate.

Points to note for the actual full sequence run, coming in distorted dressing was not our fault, we were just merely following orders from Parade Sergeant Major (PSM) to stay compact, however, people in the first row please remind the people infront to keep their own dressing. March past will be the most important segment for us, so do look proud for that as we are marching past the president on the actual day! For that component, Madhan, your job and responsibility is the most important, i couldn't emphasis more on that, as you are the only one eyes front during the march past, you have the responsibility to keep the contingent in line and the correct pacing with the commander. But afterall, everyone has a part to play in this contingent to make it a good show, keep up the good work guys! Only 3 points for you guys to note during marching - DRESSING, HAND SWING & LOOK SMART!

Finally, i have receive good feedback from my friend who was present at CR3 last saturday, he told me he felt that scouts were more organised compared to the other UGs, this is a good comment, but we should not rest on our laurels, we got to keep up the good work and deliver a good show for NE Shows, Preview and Actual day! See you guys this saturday.
